Also called the 'coffee caviar', Jamaica's 'Blue Mountain' is one of the world's most prized qualities. It grows in the 'blue mountains', the eastern part of the island, caressed by humid, warm breezes, a mountain range whose peaks exceed 2,200 metres. On the highest slopes of these mountains are Arabica plants brought from Martinique in the 18th century.
