Perfectly unscented. A perfectly balanced and neutral flavor due to the minimum quantity of minerals present. A STORY THAT STARTED BY CHANCE. The legend begins in the early 1900, when a miner accidentally hit a vein of the Fonte Santa Barbara di Lurisia — a natural spring located at the top of Monte Pigna, more than 4500 feet above sea level, in the Piemonte region of northern Italy.
