The Flamigni Stuffed Panettone were created by the Flamigni master pastry chefs to satisfy the palate of those who love Panettone, but do not want to give up the taste of creamy and refined fillings. These are not common leavened doughs, as happens for the products that are usually found on the market, but of real Panettone, made with the authentic dough, lovingly prepared by the Flamigni master pastry chefs.
The only leavening agent used is therefore the natural mother yeast, which gives the dough unique characteristics, including the unmistakable irregular holes, the extraordinary softness and the very high digestibility. The Stuffed Flamigni thus maintain all the qualities of traditional panettone and their intrinsic organoleptic properties, meaning that they can be preserved for longer.
The secret of the delicious custard, which they keep inside, is the very high percentage of eggs used to make it, which gives the cream greater finesse, making it much more valuable than other long-life creams, present in the majority of filled products. trade, which are mainly made with the use of common vegetable and animal fats. To ensure that the consumer finds the cream distributed evenly on each slice, the master pastry chefs inject approximately 250 grams of it for each Panettone, through 22 needles, into all Flamigni Stuffed filling.
