Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Company shall endeavor to deliver Product with-in stipulated delivery time slot as selected by the User provided on the Website, subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the Product(s).

Goods may be signed for at the delivery address by you, or by your nominated representative who must be aged 18 or above.

If nobody can receive the delivery then we will leave the goods outside your front door. We will not take responsibility for any missing products in these circumstances and for any deterioration of chilled/frozen products

In the event of a late delivery under no circumstances will the Company be liable for refund or discount.

All deliveries are subject to a minimum order requirement of AED 300/- to includes free delivery anywhere within Dubai city area. For orders in all Dubai, purchases value of less than AED 300/- goods shall be subject to a delivery fee of AED 35/-. Express delivery in Dubai within the same day or between 4 to 8 working hours will be subject to a delivery fee of AED 50/-.

All deliveries in within the cities of Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujeirah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain and Abu Dhabi are subject to a minimum order requirement of AED 500/- to include free delivery; for purchases value of less than AED 500/- goods shall be subject to a delivery fee of AED 55/-.

All deliveries fees in all other locations outside the boundaries of the cities in the United Arab Emirates including remote areas shall be subject to separate evaluation based on purchased food items and distance from the main city of reference.

Company reserves the right to reject the order due to delivery location.

Delivery Fees may be subject to change time to time.

User can cancel the Order if it is not dispatched or in general not later than 12 hours before delivery. It takes up to 2 weeks for the money to get refunded to the User account if paid online. If Company suspects any fraudulent transaction by any User or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, Company at its sole discretion could cancel such orders. However, the User will be notified in any such case.

An order can be cancelled by the Company under following circumstances :

1. Policy Violation by Buyer e.g. duplicate orders placed during a deal
2. Product out of stock with the merchant
3. Buyer’s location not serviceable by Company our courier partners
4. Payment fraud suspicion
5. Incorrect pricing or description of the product
6. Any other reason which prevents Company from fulfilling the Order

User can change the quantity of the Order if it is not dispatched or in general not later than 12 hours before delivery

For reducing the quantity of an Order, provided that the minimum order value for free of charge delivery is met, the balance amount will be refunded to the User bank account (through which the payment was made).

If User wants to increase the quantity of an Order, Company recommends that a new order should be placed.

There are no refunds or exchanges on any food items. All sale items are final sale. Full returns/exchanges will be honoured if the product is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories. Refunds and exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase. Company will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of Company’s error (User received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) For items that have arrived broken, a detailed photo documentation of the damages must be sent by email to info@italianfoodmasters.com along with User order number within 24 hours of receipt.

User should expect to receive refund once Company has received and verified the returned Order.

No exchanges will be issued or accepted over 30 days of purchase.

Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be re-issued.

The Company cannot be held responsible for any product damage/spoilage if the user fails to adhere to best practices, standards &/or product’s use and storing instructions.

The Company shall not be liable for any failure and/or delay on its part in performing any of its obligation and/or for any loss, damage, costs, charges and expenses incurred and/or suffered by the User by reason there of if such failure and/or delay shall be result of or arising out of Force Majeure Event set out herein.

Explanation: “Force Majeure Event” means any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including, without limitation, unavailability of any communication system, sabotage, fire, flood, earthquake ,explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, lockout, and/or industrial action of any kind, breakdown of transportation facilities, riots, insurrection, hostilities whether war be declared or not, acts of government, governmental orders or restrictions breakdown and/or hacking of the Website and/or contents provided for availing the Products and/or services under the Website, such that it is impossible to perform the obligations under the Agreement, or any other cause or circumstances beyond the control of the Company hereto which prevents timely fulfillment of obligation of the Company hereunder.

The color on the actual Product may vary from the color on the webpage. Therefore, a variation in the Color of Product shall not be treated as any damage or defect in the Product.

All the Products’ prices listed on the Website are displayed excluding the Value Added Tax (5%), unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of order confirmation will be the price charged at the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the Products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery no additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the Product.

The information printed on the product packaging as shown on the product photos on the website, which may include but not limited to Batch Number, Manufacturing Date, Expiry Date and Price, might differ for the product being delivered to you.

At dubaifoodmarket.com we have adopted a simple ordering process to facilitate a convenient experience to our clients. Once you enter the online order page, you will be able to display the list of items. Once you select the items you want identifying the quantity, you will be able to review the summary of the order for confirmation. Once you confirm the items, your delivery information will be required. Once the delivery information is entered specifying the schedule of the delivery, a confirmation email will be received and your order will be delivered to you on time as per the schedule.

Payment will be cash on delivery at your door step.

If you collect the product order at our premises you can pay by cash or by credit card.

Orders are delivered through ambient or reefer vans, according to the type of product and the relevant transportation temperature to achieve maximum products viability and freshness.

Orders will be delivered according to the scheduled time which is within 2 to 4 working days from your order confirmed by us.

Express delivery option (within 4 to 8 hours from order) is also available for the Dubai Emirates and subject to ifmgourmet.com’s approval and payment of extra charges.

Any scheduled order above 300 AED in Dubai city area and 500 AED in the other cities of Sharjah, Umm Al Quain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujeirah, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi will be delivered for Free.

Any orders below 300 AED for Dubai area are subjected to 25 AED delivery charges.

Express delivery orders are subjected to 50 AED delivery charges for Dubai and for the other cities of United Arab Emirates AED 200 upon order confirmation by IFM GOURMET.

Please note that remote areas on United Arab Emirates may be not reachable by our fleet so we reserve the right to cancel the order or to find alternative solutions.

There is Handling Fees of 5 AED changed once per order but not for each individual order that covers the costs of the fulfillment such as the warehouse costs and packing cost.

Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged, due also to the nature of the products, the life span and hygiene issues. Only products received damaged and with proof of photographic documentation will be returned or exchanged.

The communication for return or exchange should be made within 24 hours from the receival of goods.
