The coffee from El Salvador has a light body, it is aromatic and extremely fragrant with a slightly sweet taste, a good balance and a low acidity. The best quality is called SHG (Strictly High Grown) and indicates that it is grown at a height above 1200 meters. The Costa Rica, the coffee is classifi ed according to the height of the plantations: the higher the plantation the better the quality. Light, fragrant and sweet coffee, ideal for the morning or the early afternoon.
