- The Kimel Plantation is a traditional landowner, where the Opai are the main tribe and is located in the Western Highlands, Waghi Valley
- The estate is located along the Kimel River, from which it takes its name, has access to good, clean water for processing its crop, which is a prerequisite for growing quality coffee.
- The method of processing by wet or “washed” combined with the roasting profile, give the coffee notes of sweet malted caramel, baked spices and chocolate with a little orange peel on the finish.
- The estate also provides education for children and medical facilities for the workforce and dependents.
- The preservation of taste and aromas is ensured by the packaging in an inert protective atmosphere.
